Coking equipment refers to a series of equipment used in the process of carbonization and coking of organic matter, mainly used in coal distillation and residual oil coking process in petroleum processing.
Delayed coking: Under high temperature conditions of about 500℃, heavy oil undergoes deep cracking and condensation reactions to produce gas, gasoline, diesel, wax oil and petroleum coke.
Kettle coking: Coking reaction is carried out in a closed container.
Open hearth coking: Coking reaction is carried out in an open hearth.
Fluidized coking: Coking reaction is carried out using fluidized bed technology.
Flexible coking: Adjust process parameters according to specific needs and flexibly carry out coking reaction.
The main materials of coking equipment include cast iron (RuT, HT, QT), etc. The equipment is mainly divided into two categories:
Horizontal coke oven products: suitable for continuous production with high efficiency.
Vertical coke oven products: suitable for intermittent production and relatively simple operation.
