What is a coke guide?

The coke guide is a supporting equipment for large coke ovens, usually running on the track on the coke oven side of the coke oven.

The coke guide is mainly used to open and close the coke oven door, guide the hot coke pushed out of the coke oven chamber by the coke pusher to the coke quenching car, and is responsible for transporting the oven door and door frame that need to be repaired. This equipment can be designed according to user requirements and the actual size of the coke oven.

Function and structure:

The coke guide serves the coke oven side of the coke oven. Its main task is to open the coke oven side door of the carbonization chamber before pushing the coke.

(1) Door opening device: including screw fastening mechanism, oven door lifting mechanism, oven door sliding mechanism, oven door rotating mechanism, etc., responsible for completing the opening and closing tasks of the oven door.

(2) Focusing grid device: including focusing grid and moving mechanism.

(3) Traveling mechanism: drives the coke blocking car to travel back and forth on the coke side track.

(4) Electrical control and signal interlocking device.

(5) Oven door and oven door frame cleaning mechanism.

(6) Auxiliary mechanical equipment: driver's room cooling equipment.
