VOC industrial waste gas treatment equipment is a typical activated carbon adsorption catalytic combustion equipment. Among them, adsorption ABC is an adsorption device, and the catalytic combustion device is called RCO. RCO is only a part of the waste treatment of this system.
So how does this equipment work? The equipment generally works in two parts. The first is that the waste is directly discharged after passing through the adsorption device), and then the adsorption device that is fully adsorbed is desorbed in turn. The desorbed waste gas is burned through RCO, and the burned waste gas is discharged after passing through the adsorption device.
Why industrial waste gas treatment equipment sometimes alarms depends largely on activated carbon rather than RCO. A large amount of waste gas is directly discharged after activated carbon adsorption, including waste gas treated by RCO. There are many reasons that may cause alarms
At present, the activated carbon market is very chaotic. When purchasing activated carbon, you need to pay attention to whether the quality meets the parameters provided during the design, rather than blindly pursuing low prices.
If the activated carbon in the VOC industrial waste gas treatment equipment is too saturated in adsorption, it will cause the waste gas emission to exceed the standard, and it needs to be replaced regularly. The activated carbon adsorption and desorption have a certain life span, and each desorption will reduce its adsorption efficiency. Therefore, the design needs to take into account the decrease in adsorption efficiency caused by desorption, and the surplus should be sufficient, otherwise it will cause the cost of replacing activated carbon in the later stage to increase. At the same time, the waste gas particulate matter treatment of the activated carbon front section needs maintenance, otherwise the particulate matter will block the activated carbon.
Therefore, when we choose VOC industrial waste gas treatment equipment, we need to pay attention to many details, understand the characteristics of the equipment, and choose the equipment we want according to our own needs.
